Over the past 5 weeks the children have been participating in weekly mediation session during well-being time. The meditation session are run through the Smiling Mind Education
program. 
These session aim to develop the follow areas:
·  To provide  a preemptive and proactive tool to enhance mental health and well-being
·  To
arm students with the skills to better manage stress and build resilience
·  To
encourage participants to feel calm, clear and content.
